SHIPPING POLICY

We choose our shipping partners based on the place of delivery, size and contents of the package etc., and can vary from time to time. Our customers will be intimated with the courier and tracking ID of the shipment once dispatched from our facility. Orders are usually shipped within a day or two from the date of the order being placed. In the event of any delays, customers will be intimated with an expected date for shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since these are skincare products we maintain a no return policy. However, in the event of damages or other defects related to the product sold, please contact our customer service team and we will be more than glad to help you with a replacement of the product, return or refund as applicable.
